The following personal data may be collected, held, and processed by LANG LTC Sp. z.o., the company that operates this website:
Email addresses and personal details (including name, surname and email address) of the email subscribers who gave their consent to receive marketing correspondence from Lang LTC via email. This information is held for the purposes of keeping subscribers informed about ELT job offers, marketing updates and the ELT Training opportunities (co-)organised by Lang LTC.
Email addresses and personal details (including name, surname, correspondence address, email address, phone number, Skype ID, occupation, date of birth, nationality, place and country of residence, qualifications and previous experience and contact details to refrees, etc.) of applicants who want to apply for the Celta, Delta, TKT, Train the Trainer IH Teacher Trainer and IH DoS courses. The type of data collected is regulated by the course regulations and recruitment procedures established by the main course creators and providers: Cambridge Assessment English TQ (Celta, Delta, TKT, Train the Trainer) and International House Online Teacher Training Institute (IH Teacher Trainer, IH DoS).
IP address and anonymised behaviour information is also collected, held and processed by Lang LTC for the purposes of optimising the experience of using the site and reducing spam.

How and Where Do We Store Your Data?
We only keep your data for as long as We need to in order to use it as described above in section 2, and/or for as long as We have your permission to keep it. In any event, We will conduct a regular review to ascertain whether we need to keep your data. Your data will be deleted if we no longer need it.
Do We Share Your Data?
We don’t share any of your data with third party organisations other than in private accounts that we manage, e.g. in MailChimp, used to send emails and messages to subscribers, or Przelewy24, used to manage payments. We also store some of the data in Google Cloud when you apply for our courses via online forms (Google Forms in Google Drive).
When the courses we offer are moderated or organised by a third party, they obtain the personal data of the course participants – within the constraints of Administrative Procedures as regards recruitment, assessment and certification, as well as complaints – for respective courses:

- rejestracji na wydarzenie TWIST’21;
- Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przetwarzane w zakresie:
- imienia (imion) i nazwiska, adresu e-mail, numeru telefonu, adresu IP komputera/urządzenia, z którego wysłano pytanie, dane niezbędne do wystawienia faktury.
- Dane osobowe będą udostępniane w minimalnym, niezbędnym zakresie inny odbiorcom, w celu realizacji odpowiedzi na Pani/Pana pytanie. Odbiorcy Pani/Pana danych:
